    Water on substrate

  • Solution

    Check dryer and hanging configuration

  • Potential Cause

    Corrosion, oil and grease residues

  • Solution

    Optimise pre-treatment

  • Potential Cause

    Salt residues or chemical remnant on part.  Sometimes evident as a fine raised ring.

  • Solution

    Check pre-treatment final rinse stage. Demineralised water is recommended, particularly in hard water areas.
